With glimmering tea lights amongst lush, tropical greenery, a traditional villa which oozed authentic Balinese style and an aisle adorned with rose petals, the wedding of Emma (nee Trezise) and Nathan Francis was nothing short of breathtaking.
Preferring a relaxed atmosphere, Becky Basich’s special day had a classic elegance, allowing the natural elements of Bali’s tropical backdrop to shine through. Knowing the destination wedding island like the back of her hand from her role within the infamous The Bali Bible, she selected crisp white elements set against natural teak, bringing the understated boho styling she wanted to life. With panoramic ocean views, embellishments of flowers ‘literally everywhere’, a dress which took no less than 9 months to handcraft and of course, Jimmy Choos, Jade Carrall’s day was that fairytale we all dream of having. Keeping it intimate, her destination wedding of just 20 guests meant that her nearest and dearest could bond for the entire week of their stay. Her highlight? With so many magic moments, she found it hard to tell – everything from the moment she woke up until 4am when her head hit the pillow, was ‘absolutely amazing’.
